Restoring wood floor can bring a room back to life

To guarantee the best results we tailor make our hard floor cleaning process.

Hidden away under your carpet or vinyl flooring, there could be a fantastic wood floor waiting to be brought back to life. We will assess and test patch your existing wood floors using the most up to date floor sanding technology which is almost dust free. 

After our various processes, your wood floor will be renovated. The process is then completed with staining, varnishing or waxing, lacquering or oiling, depending on the finish your require.

Sanding and Restoring Your Wood Flooring

Restoring wooden floors takes skill and patience, and when done properly will leave your floors like new.

 If your wood flooring is looking tired or worn there is no need to replace it. You can simply have your floors sanded and refinished instead. We will be happy to answer any questions you have about your existing wooden floors and offer advice regarding their restoration.

Our process

  • First we will assess your wood flooring type and advise best process for restoration
  • We would then clean your flooring thoroughly in preparation for sanding.
  • Sanding the wooden floors – we begin sanding of the wood flooring, depending on type,  until all the old surface is removed and smoothed out.
  • Staining the wooden floor – if you have decided to have the floor stained rather than leaving the natural colour of the wood then the wooden floor is now stained with one or two coats.
  • Finishing the wooden floors – Once the staining is complete and dry the floors are coated and given a professional finish with a polyurethane lacquer.
