Payment for accepted quotes/work is due on the completion day of works unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
We also require a non returnable 30% deposit when confirming bookings. This protects you as a client for the dates you wish us to complete works but also it gives us protection as a contractor for supply costs and booking out dates exclusively to you as a client, where we could have alternative work.
We will provide you with a receipted invoice once payment has been received. We preferably take bank transfer and/or cash payments.
We exercise a caveat when restoring your floors. We are not responsible or liable for any pre-existing condition or existing wear and tear. We are not responsible or liable for how you look after your floors after restoration and we stress that there are no guarantees on longevity of the restoration. We do our utmost to bring life back into your floors, offer free care advice but we are not responsible for how you look after them and we are not responsible in the use of independent woodcare/cleaning products. We reiterate that there are no guarantees…. an 18th century floor will always be an 18th century floor but refreshed, likewise with a 10 year old floor… it will always be a 10 year old floor refreshed.
Any complaint regarding works completed should be notified to us in writing within 14 days after completion of works
